Hip Hip Hooray for "H"!

Jadyn is 38 months old & Gabe is 19 months old.
Tot School
This week we focused on the letter "h", the number "3", sight word "and", color "blue", shape "triangle", and tools. Here's our week in pictures.

Tracing and getting ready to make "H".
Sorting hippos by size.
Dog-a-dot H
Jadyn cut out the triangle and glued it on the paper.
Jadyn's hippo
Working on naming her tools.
Jadyn colored her verse. "Honor your father and your mother."
Tracing numbers. Her tracing improves each week!
Matching and building patterns with learning links.
Playing Hi-Ho Cherry-O!
Working on her cutting skills.
Jadyn glued a mommy and daddy out of shapes.
Matching Big "H" hippos and Little "h" hippos.
Jadyn was very proud of her rocking horse.
Reading Gabe a book.
Jadyn cut out her verse and measured it next to her.
Building patterns with hippos.
We learned the nursery rhyme "Hey Diddle Diddle"
Gabe got into a lot of trouble during tot school this week!  I forget how destructive and energetic little boys are!=)

Dumping the geometric shapes, but he did put them back in thankfully!
Singing with Jadyn.
Train time.
Studying the fire truck.
Dumping unifix cubes and putting them in the basket.
Well, I guess putting the basket on your head is fun, too!

Fun with the airplane.

We were able to go to Mj's school for their 9/11 service.  Jadyn and Gabe loved seeing the fire truck.
And they liked the police car, too.
Check out 1+1+1=1 and Confessions of a Homeschooler for the printables I used and great ideas!
