So Big, So Fast

I cannot believe how big Job is getting. It really seems like just a few days ago I was holding this sweet newborn who would snuggle all day with me.  Now I have a on the go, at all times toddler!  He still loves to snuggle, just not all day - there are things to do and things to chase!
I love watching him play and learn.  He's a studier.  He will watch the ball go into the basket several times just to see what happens. He's adventurous - climbing everything!!!  He loves to make us laugh!  If we don't laugh, it's ok.  He'll laugh for us!  I'm so thankful for this boy!

As long as he can see himself in my Iphone he'll let me take a pic!
Kisses!
He's so grown up! - Tear!!!

Brothers

Gabe & Job are really starting to play together now that Job is walking all over the place.  I love seeing their friendship grow!  I love listening to them laugh and play together.

Dad/Son Project

Mj and Mark finished their much anticipated Lego shuttle project last night!  It is awesome.  Sounds effects and everything.  I'm glad Mark did it with him, I have no patience or brain power to put something like that together! ;)

The men proud of their work!

Safari Edventure

This was probably the coolest field trip I've been on.  The kids learned about all types of animals and got to pet many of them.  Here's our field trip in pictures.

Petting a wallaby.

Job loved the Arctic Wolves.
Did you know that their are certain squashes that are grown to be sponges?
Trying a cranberry hibiscus leaf.  Not too bad.
The group.
Petting a blue tongued lizard.
Jadyn wasn't scared to pet the scorpion.
Putting the bull frog.  Did you know they use their eyes to swallow?
Gabe loves alligators.
Cheese!
Mj helping to hold a python.
The chinchilla was adorable.  I wanted to take him home.
Petting and feeding the kangaroos was the highlight.
They love popcorn.
The kangaroo was very interested in Job's stroller.  I think he wanted to come home with us.

Operation Christmas Child

The kids were so excited to pack shoe boxes again this year for Operation Christmas Child.  I think it's so important for them to understand the concept of showing God's love to others.  This is a great way for kids to get involved in Kingdom work.  We had a blast shopping for toys and hygiene items for our kids and then packing the boxes and making cards.  We are praying for our 3 kids who will receive boxes every day.  We're excited to see where our boxes will go this year.  It's awesome to think that God has sovereignly planned which children will get our boxes!
